passar o tonalizante, precisa lavar o cabelo. Ela disse que esse procedimento não estava incluso no preço da mão de obra pela pintura, e por isso cobraria uma diferença. Eu disse para ela ficar tranquila, que eu pagaria a diferença. Foi constrangedor.
As três estrelas, são porque em outras vezes que lá estive, fui bem atendida.
