Poor service, seller and poor, unprepared, barely able to communicate, besides not meeting agreed and deadlines, furniture came with small defects, sorry and disappointed with everything, I do not buy and will never indicate it because it is buy and spend a lot of nervous , unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, comprei um colchão para minha cama de casal convencional, medida de 1,38, porém a vendedora me entregou um colchão fora do padrão de 1,28, como estávamos esperando a cama chegar vimos após o período de troca. Ao questionar a vendedora a mesma nos informou que não pode fazer nada por nos, sendo que o erro foi da loja ao nos vender um colchão fora de padrão. Conclusão, ainda estou com as parcelas do produto em meu cartão e um colccol menor que a cama. Total falta de responsabilidade da loja.
Lousy experience, I bought a mattress for my standard double bed, meager of 1.38, however the saleswoman handed me a non-standard mattress of 1.28, as we were expecting the bed to arrive we saw after the exchange period. When questioning the seller she informed us that she can not do anything for us, and that was the mistake of the store to sell us a mattress out of standard. Conclusion, I still have the product plots on my card and a colccol smaller than the bed. Total lack of responsibility of the store.

Comprei 2 poltronas entregaram e fiquei satisfeita com o produto.A minha crítica é que os produtos foram entregues sem a Nota Fiscal, mas foi corrigido e enviado via Whatsapp. O pessoal responsável pela logística precisa observar mais estas questões e contratar mais transportes para não demorar tanto.
The store has wonderful furniture, the seller very attentive. I bought 2 armchairs and they delivered and I was satisfied with the product. My criticism is that the products were delivered without the Invoice, but it was corrected and sent via Whatsapp. The personnel responsible for logistics need to observe these issues more and hire more transport so that it does not take so long.
