★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet oscila demais, às vezes não é disponibilizado nem o mínimo exigido por lei que é o de 40% da velocidade contratada! O telefone do suporte técnico você fica 30 minutos no mínimo para ser atendido, e demoram 4 dias para o técnico aparecer em sua casa. Não recomendo a ninguém! Vou cancelar assim que possível e migrar para Vivo/GVT.
 The internet oscillates too much, sometimes the minimum required by law is not available, which is 40% of the contracted speed! The technical support phone gives you a minimum of 30 minutes to be answered, and it takes 4 days for the technician to show up at your home. I don't recommend it to anyone! I will cancel as soon as possible and migrate to Vivo / GVT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atendimento. Primeiro, não atendem o telefone, chama até cair a ligação. Atendimento de suporte diz que é 24 horas para resolver, mas é sempre 72 horas ou mais. Eles dizem que tem atendimento depois das 18:00hrs. É mentira, propaganda enganosa. Os técnicos encerram o trabalho sempre as 18:00. Estou a 7 dias sem internet. Daí agendam o suporte para depois das 18:00 e nunca vão, ja passei por isso 2x. É desepcionante o pouco caso que fazem. Pensem 2 x antes de contratar este serviço. NovoNet NÃO.
Poor service. First, they don't answer the phone, they call until the call goes off. Support service says it's 24 hours to resolve, but it's always 72 hours or more. They say they have an appointment after 18:00. It is a lie, misleading propaganda. The technicians always finish the work at 18:00. I am 7 days without internet. Then schedule support for after 18:00 and never go, I've been through this 2x. It is disappointing how little they do. Think twice before hiring this service. NovoNet NO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet ruim, quando você contrata acha que esta fazendo um bom negocio , mas aos sábados e domingos não Funciona , se você quer cancelar prepara!!! porque eles vão te cobrar indevidamente , vão te obrigar a usar mais 1 mês vão fica te ligando igual doido pra renovar e vão te cobrar duas taxas!!!! não recomento de maneira alguma !!!!
Bad internet, when you hire you think you're doing a good business, but on Saturdays and Sundays it doesn't work, if you want to cancel, get ready !!! because they will charge you improperly, they will force you to use another 1 month they will call you like crazy to renew and they will charge you two fees !!!! I do not recommend it at all !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 4 anos atrás era ótima , hoje fiquei sem Internet desde 16:00 hr ( aliás ainda estou sem Internet ) o 0800 deles chama duas , três ou até quatro vezes e fazem questão de desligar , número de celular eu devo ter uns 4 q dizem q não existe , aí do número q eu achei do WhatsApp era para funcionar até as 20:00 comecei falar no zap era 19:45 e apareceu uma msg q eu seria atendido aí resumindo passou das 20:00 hr e agora é q eles não vão resolver nada , nunca atrasei uma fatura agora eles me deixarem sem Internet o dia todo e concerteza não vão dar um desconto pelo dia q eu estou sem Internet, sinto muito mas se vcs querem ser tratados como se fossem obrigados a usar Internet deles vão em frente só q se preparem serão tratados bem quando for para contratar os serviços deles depois serão apenas mais um , ultimamente estão deixando a desejar, não assinem esse contrato sao promessas e uma falsa ilusão , não estão nem aí se a sua Internet cair ...
