★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com minha moto na oficina a 12 dias na garantia, esta a 4 dias para faturar a peça, pois a empresa não tem a peça para trocar,e até hoje não fatura a peça estou indo diariamente e só manda eu ligar para um 0800 da Honda sexta-feira liguei 107 vezes e não consigo falar pois no meio a ligação cai,acho um absurdo a oficina dizer que não pode fazer nada,pois era um cliente fiel a autorizada, além de fazer todas as revisões com eles e também comprava capacete e tudo precisa na loja,trabalho com a moto pois já adquiri mais de 5 motos nova nesta empresa, e ninguém resolve a situação, pois quando comprei a moto não foi no 0800 e sim na Novo rumo de Jaguaribe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nao comprei, mas meu namorado comprou e tivemos uma experiência negativa com a vendedora. As informações não foram passadas de forma clara, objetiva e que ajudasse nas decisões, solicitamos a nota fiscal ela não passou, colocou um monte de dificuldade no minimo para que fizessemos lá com ela, quando a moto chegou, pedimos a nota fiscal novamente ( que seria enviada por email) e ela mandou a gente procurar terceiros onde ela mesmo poderia providenciar, as vezes é preciso ser grosseiro para se ter o direito atendido.
Quando chegamos para pegar a moto, Ficamos perdidos sem saber com quem falar, falta um pouco de comunicação e informação.
Só foi positivo mesmo a entrega o pessoal atencioso e esclarecedor.
Não tem nada haver com o produto e sim com o estabelecimento ( unidade da João Machado).
I didn't buy it, but my boyfriend did and we had a negative experience with the seller. The information was not passed in a clear, objective way that would help in the decisions, we asked for the invoice it did not pass, it put a lot of difficulty at least for us to do it there with her, when the motorcycle arrived, we asked for the invoice again (which would be sent by email) and she told us to look for third parties where she could provide it herself, sometimes you have to be rude to have your right answered.
When we arrived to pick up the bike, we were lost not knowing who to talk to, lack of communication and information.
The only positive thing was the delivery of the attentive and enlightening staff.
It has nothing to do with the product, but with the establishment (João Machado unit).
