Um diferencial bem bacana é o auto serviço de lavagem e secagem de roupas.
Com R$25,00 e uma hora e meia de paciência (junto a um bom livro, por exemplo), pode-se lavar e secar 20 peças leves de roupas. Por mais R$7,00, tem-se a opção de deixar para pegar depois, tudo bem dobrado e embalado! Mas daí, compensa mais usar o serviço padrão da lavanderia.
O estacionamento é bem pequeno e não há opções fáceis e perto pra isso.

A very nice differential is the self service of washing and drying clothes.
With $ 25 and an hour and a half of patience (along with a good book, for example), you can wash and dry 20 light pieces of clothing. For another $ 7.00, you have the option to leave to pick up later, all well folded and packaged! But then, it pays more to use the standard laundry service.
Parking is very small and there are no easy and close options for that.
