Eu e meu esposo sempre tivemos o sonho de ter um portão automático, que nos oferecesse segurança e que deixasse a frente da minha casa linda.
Eu já tinha visto portões e fiz diversos orçamentos com várias empresas, mas foi com o representante comercial da NP Portões que me explicou detalhadamente o funcionamento, sanou todas as dúvidas do portão com muita paciência e seriedade, que fechamos negócio.
Antes o prazo do contrato, meu portão foi entregue e ficou melhor do que eu esperava, designer e funcionamento perfeito. No ato da instalação tive dúvidas com os motores e os instaladores foram muitos educados e prestativos. Eu recomendo a todos os meus vizinhos, valeu a pena porque minha casa agora está segura e moderna. Obrigada NP Portões!

 I am very satisfied with the end result of my system! My gate was exactly the way it was designed! The service team, from sales to installation note was in 1000! totally recommend the company for its quality and reliability! Of all the quotes that made the market, the NP presented the best budget, even including shipping, because the installation was carried out from outside the Sao Paulo! Among the companies researched, the NP was the one who presented a gate project in wood that matched my house ranch style! We are very pleased with the end result!

Estou super feliz e satisfeita com o atendimento, trabalho e qualidade do produto oferecido.
Meu antigo portão estava com problemas no qual chamei diversas empresas para reparo e todas estiveram no local cobrando pelo serviço e o mesmo problema voltava com menos de 1mês, enfim quando já estava cansada entrei em contato com a NP que me ofereceu a assistência me informando o valor para conserto e para um novo, sendo viável a compra de um novo pois o antigo já estava com muitos pontos de ferrugem.
Mesmo assim a NP Portões prestou o atendimento, deixando meu portão em funcionamento até a entrega do novo portão.
Que no final fui mais uma vez surpreendida me entregaram antes do prazo.
Recomendo a empresa de olhos fechado.

I come through this message to congratulate the NP Gates team.
I'm super happy and satisfied with the service, work and quality of the product offered.
My old gate had problems so I called several companies for repair and they were all on site charging for the service and the same problem came back in less than 1 month, finally when I was tired I contacted the NP who offered me assistance informing me of the value for repair and for a new one, being viable the purchase of a new one because the old one already had many rust spots.
Even so, NP Portões provided the service, leaving my gate in operation until the delivery of the new gate.
That in the end I was once again surprised they delivered me before the deadline.
I recommend the company with my eyes closed.
Congratulations to the whole team.

I recommend! From the first service (budget) to the placement of the gate! I can't complain, they cleared all my doubts at every step, accepted last minute changes to the project and met the date perfectly!

Um mês após a instalação precisei de um pequeno reparo, liguei na empresa e fui super bem atendido pela Ana Paula, e no dia seguinte já estava solucionado. Obrigado a todos.
I went for the recommendations and didn't regret it. I was very well attended by Ana Paula and Mr. Jordão. The price is the same or better than the competition, but with the service differential. Atendimento foi o melhor também, Regis é muito gente boa, excelente profissional foi quem desenhou o portão e deu idéia sobre como ficaria melhor. Ana Paula atenciosa e pronta a ajudar. Seu Valter, vendedor, veio rapidamente em minha casa para fazer o orçamento. O prazo é só pró forme, entregaram antes.

I made my automatic gate with Np and it was the best price. The service was the best too, Regis is a very nice person, an excellent professional who designed the gate and gave an idea of how it would be better. Ana Paula attentive and ready to help. Mr. Valter, a salesman, came quickly to my house to make the budget. The deadline is only pro forma, delivered before.
I just have to thank you and leave my recommendation here because when the service is good we should evaluate it to help other people in their choices.
