★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,pessoas grossas e além horrivel atendimento via Whatsapp e telefone.Sem contar que te obrigam a pagar 30,00 para fazer o orçamento no final das contas quem perde é o consumidor.
 Lousy service, thick people and beyond horrible service via Whatsapp and phone. Not to mention that they force you to pay 30.00 to make the budget in the end who loses is the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe ligou fez o agendamento pra dia 11/03 a partir das 8:00 hs cheguei lá as 10:00 informei o nome da minha mãe o jovem que me atendeu me informou que não havia agendamento no nome dela nem se deu ao trabalho de conferir entrei em contato com a mesma e ela disse que sim estava confirmado pra hj retornei lá as 11:15 e o tal atendente conferiu e me informou que o horário era marcado e eu havia perdido meu agendamento que retornasse pra casa e ligasse novamente achei que ele foi pouco profissional mal educado e arrogante espero que ele leia essa reclamação e tente ajustar sua conduta com os próximos clientes Deus abençoe.
My mom called made the appointment for 11/03 from 8:00 am I got there at 10:00 I informed my mother's name the young man who answered me informed me that there was no appointment in her name or took the time to check I contacted her and she said yes it was confirmed for today i returned there at 11:15 am and the attendant checked it and informed me that the time was scheduled and i had missed my appointment to return home and call again i thought that he was unprofessional rude and arrogant I hope he reads this complaint and tries to adjust his conduct with the next customers God bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa é a única autorizada da Philco a consertar Som em Salvador e mesmo assim não investe em mais profissionais. Tive um bom atendimento na loja, mas para atenderem telefone e reponder whatsapp eles deixam muito a desejar. Outro ponto negativo, não emitem nota fiscal. Como uma autorizada, única a atender toda Salvador não emite notas fiscais de serviços prestados?
The company is the only Philco authorized to repair Som in Salvador and even so it does not invest in more professionals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles neM se propuseram a ver a tv, condenando, sendo que ela tinha conserto. Uma tv que eles condenaram, eles queriam pra "jogar fora". Quando levamos pra um conserto não autorizado, tivemos nossa tv consertada. Triste descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super desagradável, o técnico que se encontrava no atendimento do balcão, nem abriu a tv e passou a informação que seria a tela, o reparo custaria o valor de aproximadamente R$1.500,00,sair do local super desanimada, meu irmão levou para outro técnico, onde houve o reparo simples só de limpeza até inclusive sem cobrança de valor, fiquem atentos... realmente não sei o que ele queria passado essa informação, se eu tivesse deixado lá, totalmente sem credibilidade.
