★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito total, procurei a clínica e segundo eles deveria marcar um canal e extração do siso para o mesmo dia. Após a marcação foram 3 reagendamentos, mas até aí relevei, todos estamos sujeitos a problemas, porém ao chegar no famigerado dia esperei mais de uma hora e me falaram que o procedimento marcado não tinha profissional especialista para fazer, muita falta de profissionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O proprietário DR Nicolas não arca com os compromissos com seus fornecedores... está usando o compressor que mandou consertar e não fez o pagamento do serviço.... Passou cheque de paciente sem fundo, não pagou o boleto.....E além de tudo não atende as ligações e não dá retorno. Falta de ética e profissionalismo com os fornecedores, imagina como trata os pacientes. Não vá a este lugar !
The owner DR Nicolas does not bear the commitments with his suppliers... he is using the compressor that he ordered to be repaired and he has not paid for the service.... He wrote a bad patient check, did not pay the ticket.....And moreover, he doesn't answer calls and doesn't return. Lack of ethics and professionalism with suppliers, imagine how you treat patients. Don't go to this place!

Cirurgia muito tranquila e pós operatório sem dor, sem desconforto, foi incrível!

I was very happy with the extraction of my Wisdoms. Dr. Caio was just wonderful! Great professional, considerate, careful, kind and always asked if I was okay or in pain and by the way ZERO PAIN.
Very peaceful surgery and postoperative pain free, without discomfort, it was amazing!
I went in scared and left very happy with the result and SUPER INDICO, GO WITHOUT FEAR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta (indicação) achando que iria levar meu exame pra saber quais seriam os próximos passos para a extração do siso, afinal, eu nunca havia passado na clinica antes.
Chegando lá, fui informada que o procedimento estava marcado para aquele mesmo dia. Fiquei surpresa, pois eu nunca nem havia passado em consulta anteriormente, mas aproveitei pra tirar.
O Dr Caio me explicou o procedimento brevemente e disse que seria algo simples, porém eu acabei sofrendo um pouco mais do que o esperado. Além disso, os meu pontos parecem inflamados e quando liguei na clinica apenas para confirmar quando seria meu retorno a recepcionista Priscila me atendeu super mal e disse que não precisava nem marcar, pois os pontos são tirados por um assistente...mas vamos combinar que, caso haja algum tipo de inflamação (pois cada caso é um caso) eu precisarei passar com o dentista, certo?
Bom fica aqui a minha sugestão de apenas conhecerem mais o paciente, ao invés de só arrancar o dente deles antes mesmo de uma consulta prévia e também melhorarem atendimento da clinica (telefone whatsapp).
I made an appointment (indication) thinking that I would take my exam to know what would be the next steps for the extraction of wisdom, after all, I had never been to the clinic before.
Arriving there, I was informed that the procedure was scheduled for that same day. I was surprised, as I had never even been to a consultation before, but I took the opportunity to take it out.
Dr Caio explained the procedure to me briefly and said that it would be simple, but I ended up suffering a little more than expected. In addition, my stitches seem inflamed and when I called the clinic just to confirm when I would be back, the receptionist Priscila treated me very badly and said that I didn't even need to score, as the stitches are taken by an assistant...but let's agree that , if there is any kind of inflammation (because each case is different) I will need to go to the dentist, right?
Well, here's my suggestion to just get to know the patient better, instead of just pulling their teeth even before a previous appointment and also improving the clinic's care (whatsapp phone).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma excelente indicação por uma amiga, fiquei super feliz com o primeiro contato. O primeiro contato foi em Dezembro por conta do recesso foi agendando em Janeiro dia 13, só me informaram que não me atenderia por que mandei mensagem, tentei remarca por diversas vezes desde de janeiro tentando já estamos em 17 de fevereiro, nem aí menos respondem o WhatsApp.
Infelizmente vou ter que procurar outro lugar.
I had an excellent recommendation from a friend, I was super happy with the first contact. The first contact was in December because of the recess, it was scheduled on January 13th, they only informed me that they wouldn't answer me because I sent a message, I tried to reschedule several times since January trying to be on February 17th, they don't even answer the Whatsapp.
Unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente não indico esse lugar a nenhuma pessoa.
Irei contar meu relato sobre esse lugar:
Meu irmão iria extrair dois sisos, quando ele chegou lá disseram que seriam extrações " tranquilas " começaram então a extrair o primeiro que por sinal não foi nada tranquilo.
Aplicaram inúmeras anestesias e pasmem foram quatro horas revezando entre três dentistas que pareciam estar fazendo aquilo pela primeira vez, pois oque iria ser " tranquilo" acabou se tornando em uma tortura.
Não foi possível fazer as duas extrações no mesmo dia o por que vocês já sabem...
Meu irmão saiu de lá traumatizado e iríamos procurar outro dentista para fazer a outra extração, porém os " benditos " ficaram com a radiografia panorâmica e estou sendo enrolada desde novembro para eles devolverem.
E gente quando fui falar alguma coisa sobre a demora, vieram com sarcasmo e irônia. Isso era quando respondiam né?!
Acredito que a Clínica tenha fechado, como não respondem nem atendem ligações...
Não há lugar que se firme com tais atendimentos, acredito que procuramos sempre ser bem atendidos em qualquer lugar que se proponha a ir.
I really don't recommend this place to anyone.
I will tell my story about this place:
My brother was going to extract two wisdom teeth, when he got there they said they would be "quiet" extractions so they started to extract the first one, which by the way was not at all smooth.
They applied countless anesthetics and amazingly, it took four hours to rotate between three dentists who seemed to be doing it for the first time, because what was going to be "quiet" turned out to be torture.
It was not possible to do both extractions on the same day because you already know...
My brother left there traumatized and we were going to look for another dentist to do the other extraction, but the "blessed" kept the panoramic radiograph and I've been rolling since November for them to return it.
And people when I went to say something about the delay, they came with sarcasm and irony. That was when they answered right?!
I believe that the Clinic has closed, as they do not answer or answer calls...
There is no place that stands firm with such services, I believe that we always seek to be well attended to wherever you propose to go.
