A moça da recepção, uma moça morena além de não olhar na nossa cara, não comprimenta ninguém e fala num tom de voz que parece que estamos atrapalhando.
Recepção é o cartão de visita de uma empresa.
Um bom dia e um sorriso no rosto é muito agradável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem bem ruim, sem palavras pra descrever o descaso que passei aqui. Cheguei às 11h, pegaram meus documentos, depois de 5min disseram que não iam atender mais hoje, não somente eu mas também umas 4 pessoas , dizendo que o médico não ia atender mais pois já tinham mais de 40 pessoas no andar de cima para atender e que ele não iria atender mais.
Very bad, no words to describe the neglect I spent here. I arrived at 11 am, they took my documents, after 5 minutes they said they would not see any more today, not only me but also 4 people, saying that the doctor would not see any more because they already had more than 40 people upstairs to see and that he wouldn't answer anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível. Cheguei às 07h55 e fui atendida apenas 09h50. Funcionários extremamente desorganizados, rindo super alto e conversando como se não houvessem pacientes esperando horrores. Horário diz abrir às 08h, mas o médico só inicia os atendimentos às 09h. Pior atendimento da minha vida. Recepcionista ridiculamente mal educada, não olha pra você para falar e só joga o seu documento.
Simply horrible. I arrived at 7:55 am and was attended only at 9:50 am. Extremely disorganized staff, laughing super loud and talking as if there were no patients expecting horrors. Schedule says open at 08:00, but the doctor only starts the appointments at 09:00. Worst service of my life. Ridiculously rude receptionist, doesn't look at you to speak and just throws your document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção péssima, já fazem uns 3 anos que venho e é a mesma funcionária com cara de morte que nem bom dia dá... O médico chama paciente de 30 em 30min, não sei pra quê a demora se apenas medem a pressão e assinam papéis. Só venho aqui pois não há outra escolha.
Terrible reception, I've been coming here for about 3 years and it's the same employee with a death face that doesn't even give a good morning... The doctor calls the patient every 30 minutes, I don't know why the delay if they just measure the pressure and sign papers . I only come here because there is no other choice.
