â â â â â Pior coisa q fiz na vida foi aceitar suposta proposta dessa empresa, disseram uma coisa fizeram outra, ninguĂ©m resolveu meu problema, jĂĄ tinha outra Net da vivo, falaram pra fazer novo contrato, pro valor ficar o mesmo pois iria subir, veio valores diferentes do q me disseram, de e nĂŁo cancelaram a antiga q disseram q iriam cancelar, e ainda recebi multa da vivo por cancelamento, q tbm disseram q nĂŁo iria pagar nada a mais... PĂ©ssima empresa.
Worst thing I did in my life was to accept this company's supposed proposal, they said one thing they did another one, nobody solved my problem, there was another live Net, they said to make a new contract, for the value to stay the same because it would rise, came different values ââfrom q told me to and did not cancel the old q q said would cancel, and also received the live fine for cancellation, q tBM q said would not pay anything more ... Rubbish company.

Empresa péssima, sem solução para o problema causado por eles!
NĂŁo recomendo de forma alguma.
Bad experience. Seller without a word, coordinator too. They made the sale, promised to cancel the previous Internet and didn't, I received two charges. I contacted more than 10 days ago and they promised to deposit the amount for a refund, they didn't.
Terrible company, with no solution for the problem caused by them!
I don't recommend it at all.
