No primeiro contato nos trataram muito bem, mas depois de poucos meses tivemos a infelicidade do nosso sofá começar a fazer barulho ao sentar. Solicitamos então que fossem verificar já que o mesmo ainda estava na garantia. Tivemos sim um dano material, mas o pior foi os DANOS MORAIS que passamos ao tentar resolver o problema. Completamente indignados com a falta de profissionalismo da DONA da loja, vulgo Néia. Nos tratando de forma totalmente ríspida, ignorante e sarcástica com um cliente. Não adianta ter 'não sei quantos anos' de experiência no ramo se o mais importante deixa a desejar, que é o RESPEITO com o próximo. Aprenda com seus funcionários, que ao contrário de você, foram sempre cordiais em resolver nosso problema. Apenas para nota de conhecimento de todos, deixo aqui a minha indignação e com toda certeza, jamais recomendaria essa empresa a ninguém.
Terrible after sale!
At the first contact they treated us very well, but after a few months we had the misfortune of our sofa starting to make noise when we sat down. We then asked them to check it out as it was still under warranty. We did have material damage, but the worst was the MORAL DAMAGE we suffered when trying to solve the problem. Completely outraged at the lack of professionalism of the store owner, aka Néia. Treating us totally rude, ignorant and sarcastic with a customer. It's no use having 'I don't know how many years' of experience in the field if the most important thing is lacking, which is RESPECT for others. Learn from your employees, who, unlike you, were always cordial in solving our problem. Just for everyone's knowledge, I leave here my indignation and for sure, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They are excellent from the attention in the good of the purchase, until the delivery. I especially thank the seller Luciana who did all the follow-up. This is the second sofa I've bought from them. The first one stayed more than 7 years in my house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nós amamos o sofá, é super confortável, as medidas ficaram perfeitas na nossa sala, o conceito dos dois puffs não poderia ter dado mais certo, temos liberdade de usar de várias formas, valorizou nossa sala e apesar do sofá ser grande, por ser planejado ele dobrou o tamanho da nossa sala.
Eu sou suspeita, porque estou apaixonada pela sala e meu sofá...
Agradeço muito o ótimo atendimento, e por ter entendido a idéia do que eu queria.

We love the sofa, it's super comfortable, the measurements were perfect in our living room, the concept of the two puffs couldn't have worked out better, we have the freedom to use it in various ways, it enhanced our living room and despite the sofa being big, because it was planned it doubled the size of our room.
I'm suspicious because I'm in love with the living room and my sofa...
