Aí decidi levar na NT onde fui bem atendida e minha impressora está funcionando muito bem.

Levei uma impressora, os técnicos avaliaram, ainda no balcão, diagnosticaram e indicaram um lugar pra comprar a peça e ainda me orientaram para instalar eu mesmo.
Em suma: não me cobraram nada, me ensinaram como substituía a peça e ainda indicaram onde comprar.
Não consigo entender isso como nada mais nada menos do que honestidade. Moro em Sumaré há dois meses e já não tenho outro lugar pra consertar / avaliar minha impressoras.
Recomendo, recomendo e recomendo, e ainda agradeço.
I gave it five because it only has five stars, if there were more I would.
I took a printer, the technicians evaluated it, still at the counter, diagnosed and indicated a place to buy the part and even guided me to install it myself.
In short: they didn't charge me anything, they taught me how to replace the part and even indicated where to buy it.
I can't understand this as anything more or less than honesty. I've lived in Sumaré for two months and I don't have another place to repair/evaluate my printers.
I recommend, recommend and recommend, and still thank you.
