★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um vestido na loja, no dia 23 de dezembro, na primeira lavagem o vestido descosturou todo! Entrei em contato com a loja através do Instagram, pois já sou cliente, pediram para que levasse a peça até a loja, chegando lá, fui informada pela vendedora que não trocariam o produto pois tinha sido lavado. Não costumo usar roupas sem lavar e, pelo que sei, roupas não são descartáveis! Como pode uma peça de roupa descosturar toda na primeira lavagem? Um verdadeiro absurdo! Não contente em não permitir a troca do produto, a proprietária (por telefone, através da vendedora) mandou procurar meus direitos! Então, estou fazendo isso... Uma peça que custou R$98,00 e que nem cheguei a usar! Estou com a nota em mãos e imagens que comprovam todos os fatos.
 I bought a dress at the store, on December 23rd, in the first wash the dress came undone! I contacted the store through Instagram, as I am already a customer, they asked me to take the piece to the store, when I got there, I was informed by the saleswoman that they would not exchange the product because it had been washed. I don't usually wear unwashed clothes and, as far as I know, clothes are not disposable! How can an item of clothing unravel in the first wash? A real absurdity! Not content with not allowing the product to be exchanged, the owner (by phone, through the seller) asked me to look for my rights! So, I'm doing this... A piece that cost R$98.00 and I didn't even wear it! I have the note in hand and images that prove all the facts.
