Não tem rastreamento disponível, deixa o cliente a deriva. Dei uma estrela porque foi o jeito, porque senão não conseguira reclamar. Falta de comprometimento total. Péssima experiência
A carrier that does not have an ounce of responsibility for customer delivery. Don't care about the address, don't meet the deadline. There is no tracking available, let the customer drift. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora muito pra entrega. Meu produto passou 10 dias na cidade vizinha, e eles custaram demais pra entregar. Não se importam com os clientes, epes tem sorte q tem um relacionamento B2B, pq com clientes deixa muito a desejar.
It takes too long for delivery. My product spent 10 days in the neighboring city, and they cost too much to deliver. They don't care about customers, and they are lucky that they have a B2B relationship, because with customers it leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, atrasaram em 15 dias uma encomenda expressa sem nem ao menos me telefonar para informar algo, tive que ligar pra a loja ameaçando acionar os órgãos competentes (já que não consegui nenhum sucesso em contatar a NTLog)... Fujam dessa empresa, 0 compromisso com o cliente.
Terrible company, an express order was delayed by 15 days without even calling me to inform me something, I had to call the store threatening to call the competent bodies (since I had no success in contacting NTLog)... Run away from this company, 0 commitment to the customer.
