★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teve ocasiões onde a suíte estava suja, onde abriram a porta com cliente dentro ( sem nem ter pedido ou pago conta), quando os funcionários limpam o quarto do lado parece que estão quebrando tudo.
There were times when the suite was dirty, where they opened the door with a client inside (without even asking or paying a bill), when the employees clean the next room it seems that everything is breaking.

Atendimento vergonhoso pelos funcionários e se tornando ainda pior o atendimento do gerente Sr. Danisio !!!!!! Um cidadão que deveria instruir bem seus colaboradores é o primeiro a destratar seus clientes ! Sou cliente de anos frequentando esse estabelecimento !!!!
Por ser um local acessível relevei outras experiências negativas desse local porém hoje às 08:00 am tive a infelicidade de falar com esse cidadão que se diz ser o gerente !!!!!
Falta de respeito totalmente com as pessoas que mantém esse local !
Trabalho nessa área há 25 anos nunca vi algo assim na minha humilde carreira hoteleira !!!!!

But once my experience was horrible!
Shameful service by the employees and making the service of the manager Mr. Danisio even worse !!!!!! A citizen who should instruct his collaborators well is the first to disentangle his customers! I am a customer of years attending this establishment !!!!
As it is an accessible place I have seen other negative experiences of that place but today at 08:00 am I was unfortunate to speak with this citizen who claims to be the manager !!!!!
Total lack of respect for the people who maintain this place!
I have worked in this area for 25 years and have never seen anything like this in my humble hotel career !!!!!
I recommend !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O quarto pra pernoite não disponibiliza lençol pro casal, péssimo atendimento, tv não pega canais abertos, a comida demora e chega fria . Horrível mais nunca eu vou. Tem muito a melhorar
The room for overnight does not provide sheets for the couple, poor service, TV does not play open channels, the food takes time and arrives cold. Horrible but I never go. has a lot to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc pedir uma suíte, lado da sombra a tarde, os banheiros que pega lado do sol é fervendo água das torneiras....atendente não faz conta do pedido do cliente muitas vezes, estão todos desocupados, ainda oferece os mais caros, e quente do lado do sol. Não tem consideração com os clientes. Vou lá, de duas vezes por semana. Falta mais dos atendentes compreensão. Do Eusébio, Ce 040.
You ask for a suite, shaded side in the afternoon, the bathrooms that get the sun side are boiling water from the taps....the attendant doesn't take care of the customer's request many times, they are all unoccupied, they still offer the most expensive, and hot on the side of the sun. Has no regard for customers. I go there twice a week. The attendants lack more understanding. From Eusebio, Ce 040.
