★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui que eu fiz o meu estágio obrigatório da faculdade. A FAMAZ possuí convênio com a defensoria pública, alunos dos últimos semestres de direito fazem atendimentos para pessoas de baixa renda e iniciam seus processos. É tudo gratuito.
Sou suspeito para falar, mas a equipe de alunos e advogados são muito bem preparados para cuidar dos processos.
O mais fazíamos ali era ações contra a celpa, cosampa, bancos e pensão alimentícia.
Detalhe, não pode atender Icoaraci e bairros ao redor como a Pratinha. Somente Belém, para a justiça é como se Icoaraci e região fosse outra cidade, eles possuem fórum próprio.
Não atende processos criminais.
É gratuito, só lembrando.
Funciona de segunda à quinta, de manha e de tarde. Na parte da tarde só começa a funcionar a partir das 14 horas e fecha às 17.
Possuí CEJUSC, é onde fazem acordos de divórcio, pensão, briga de vizinho etc
