Nossa estrutura é toda preparada para que as famílias participem de todo o processo. Nossas salas de atendimento, são formatadas com janela ou porta espelhada, o qual você pode assistir a sessão sem precisar entrar na sala, mas também é importante que entre nas sessões para receber treinamento e orientação. Além disso, nossos ambientes são todos monitorados por câmera, as imagens são de acesso, SOMENTE, da supervisão e coordenação.

Jaaaaá o exame de corpo delito está falando que foi batido o dentinho em algum lugar, vamos falar de documentos que de fato existe.Ocorrre que estranhamente o dente esta na boca até hoje! O dente nao caiu foi quebrado em uma situacao que até hoje nao sei. Entreguei minha filha inteira quando fui buscar, faltava um pedaaco, e ninguem sabe me explicar o que de fato aconteceu para dente da minha filha ter quebrado.

Ocurre that strangely the tooth is in the mouth until today! The tooth did not fall out, it was broken in a situation that I still don't know. I delivered my whole daughter when I went to get it, a piece was missing, and no one can explain to me what actually happened to make my daughter's tooth break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não tem nada de humanizado hoje em dia. Me enganei. Profissionais (nem todos); sem manejo ou treinamento para lidar com autistas com problemas de comportamento. A família não pode opinar no tratamento. Tudo é muito demorado. Minha filha se machucava, eu avisava que era lá, e por muito tempo fui ignorada; puxavam ela pelas pernas. Fazem vc acreditar que está errada. Rotatividade de profissionais, não levam em conta o vinculo da criança. Desorganizado, falta de comunicação. Caso vc falte, te punem tirando atendimento, é outro ponto que não pensam na criança. A estrutura te enche os olhos, mas o tratamento com o tempo, não tem mais êxito, e eles não assumem ou te escuta como família. Falam o tempo p vc fazer psicoterapia; porque se vc discorda ou expõe sua opinião, eles não gostam. Não recomendo.
Terrible. There's nothing humanized these days. I was wrong. Professionals (not all); no management or training to deal with autistics with behavioral problems. The family cannot give an opinion on the treatment. Everything takes too long. My daughter got hurt, I told her it was there, and for a long time I was ignored; pulled her by the legs. Make you believe you're wrong. Professional turnover does not take into account the child's bond. Disorganized, lack of communication. If you are absent, they punish you by taking care, is another point that they do not think about the child. The structure fills your eyes, but the treatment over time is no longer successful, and they do not take over or listen to you as a family. Talk about the time p u do psychotherapy; because if you disagree or express your opinion, they don't like it. I do not recommend.
