★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito estrelismo e pouco profissionalismo. Um tratamento que deveria ser individualizado, que te pedem $2000.00 reais só de exames de sangue e nem sequer olham nada! Vc só será bem atendido até o momento em que fizer o pagamento. Depois, é tratado de maneira hostil, como se estivesse pedindo um favor! Meu exame de tireoide só foi checado depois de minha humilde insistência, por último, tinha dia marcado pra por o chip, liguei no dia anterior pra confirmar, e cheguei lá eles me disseram que não tinha mais o chip pq tinha passado o meu pra outra cliente que era de fora!! Eu tbm, moro fora, e só tinha uma semana aqui. Resultado. Me mandaram pra outra clínica pra de outro médico pra por os chips!! O que me causou um transtorno enorme pois tinha outros compromissos marcados. Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Total falta de competência dos funcionários que deveria ter desmarcado comigo, ao invés de ter me feito ir no consultório e perder meu dia! Uma decepção. Dei uma Estela pq não tem como dar zero.

What caused me a huge inconvenience because I had other appointments scheduled. Total lack of respect for the customer. Total lack of employee competence that should have cleared with me, instead of making me go to the office and waste my day! A disappointment. I gave a Estela because there is no way to give zero.
