Em específico um rapaz, que me ignorou o quanto pode, mesmo estando na presença de outros clientes que foram chegando e com os quais ele atenciosamente dialogou. Eu demorei um pouco para compreender o que estava acontecendo e aguardei ser atendido, até que não aguentei mais e disse que precisava que ele avisasse à minha médica que eu tinha chegado, porque ela pediu para avisar... Ele disse que não podia (apenas isso), eu aumentei um pouco meu tom de voz e disse: Quando você puder então!
Mofei por uns 20 minutos sentado até que resolvi usar o contato pessoal da médica (coisa que só fazia em emergências) para avisar que estava aguardando ela. Em menos de um minuto ela veio até a recepção e me chamou para a consulta.
Fiquei um pouco desconfortável com isso e deixo aqui o meu relato na esperança de que não volte a ocorrer situações parecidas com ninguém. Pode parecer um trabalho relativamente simples, mas ter tato e empatia como recepcionista faz toda a diferença ainda mais num estabelecimento de saúde.
The reception is incredibly rude when dealing with customers.
Specifically, a guy, who ignored me as much as he could, even though he was in the presence of other clients who were arriving and with whom he attentively spoke. I took a while to understand what was happening and waited to be seen, until I couldn't take it anymore and said that I needed him to let my doctor know that I had arrived, because she asked to let me know ... He said he couldn't (just this), I raised my tone a little and said: When you can then!
I sulked for about 20 minutes sitting until I decided to use the doctor's personal contact (which I only did in emergencies) to let him know that I was waiting for her. In less than a minute she came to the reception and called me for an appointment.
I was a little uncomfortable with this and I leave my report here in the hope that no similar situations will occur again. It may seem like a relatively simple job, but having tact and empathy as a receptionist makes all the difference even more in a health facility.

Além de ter vagas para consulta particular rápidas e pelo convênio com mais de 2 meses de espera.
É lamentável ter esse tipo de distinção.
