As práticas são bem fundamentadas e os professores são os mais conceituados de São Paulo. Recomendo.
Excellent yoga core. It has flexible plans where you stay with classes as credit. Do not lose. When renewing keeps all the classes that are to be done.
The practices are well founded and the teachers are the most respected in São Paulo. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Quando voltaram, no fim de 2020, disseram que meu cartão (com vale-aulas) estava vencido, sendo que tentei ligar e eles falaram que iriam avisar. Estamos no meio de uma pandemia!
I do not recommend. When they returned, at the end of 2020, they said that my card (with vouchers) was expired, and I tried to call and they said they would let me know. We are in the middle of a pandemic!
