Service only by WhatsApp. I only took one star off for that. It's just that there was a day that I was without internet and I couldn't call to make an appointment. But overall, I recommend it. ??

Próximo a data, mandei mensagem para confirmar o horário e como deveria ir com o cabelo, tinha compromisso agendado ( iria fazer fotos com a tranças) foi então que percebi que por algum motivo a moça não agendou meu procedimento perguntou qual modelo iria fazer que horário e depois quis me reagendar. Fiquei triste pq contava com isso. E por que se não tivesse mandado mensagem ela nem saberia do meu atendimento. Desmarquei e ela pagou certo meu reembolso, mas o transtorno ficou. Faltou organização na agenda.
I scheduled an appointment a month before (I scheduled the 28/12 to do the braids on the 26/01) and paid the down payment of 50 reais. Close to the date, I sent a message to confirm the time and how I should go with the hair, I had an appointment scheduled (I was going to take pictures with the braids) it was then that I realized that for some reason the girl did not schedule my procedure, she asked which model would do what time and then wanted to reschedule. I was sad because I had this. And why if I hadn't texted she wouldn't even know about my service. I unchecked it and she paid my refund right, but the inconvenience remained. There was no organization in the agenda.
