Quem deve tem q pagar, porém não ser constrangido e não ajudarem, eu querendo pagar e eles só querem do jeito deles, infelizmente não pode ser como eles quer. Falam com uma autoridade sem igual. Constrangedor. Se pudesse não daria nenhuma estrela.
A company that doesn't help the customer in any way, threatening tone and doesn't make it easy for the customer. Good to know that and to seek our rights. Who should have to pay, but don't be embarrassed and don't help, I want to pay and they just want it their way, unfortunately it can't be how they want it. They speak with unparalleled authority. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou recebendo Ligações de cobrança de 10 em 10 minutos, referente a divida de Andrea, porem não conheço nenhuma Andrea. Venho por meio deste registrar minha indignação, pois estou prestes a perder meu emprego, devido a quantidade de ligações que recebo de vocês. Sem contar que ao entrar em contato solicitando a retirada do meu telefone do sistema, as pessoas batem o telefone na minha cara. Falta de respeito e profissionalismo.
I'm receiving collection calls every 10 minutes, referring to Andrea's debt, but I don't know any Andrea. I hereby register my indignation, as I am about to lose my job, due to the amount of calls I receive from you. Not to mention that when I get in touch asking to remove my phone from the system, people slam the phone in my face. Lack of respect and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou recebendo cobranças em tom de ameaças devido a uma dívida junto a faculdade anhanguera, acontece que eu acessei o portal eu vi os valores pendentes em meu nome, e até já efetuei o pagamento de três desses boletos, mas eles continuam me cobrando em tom de ameaças e oferecem um valor abusivo que está muito mas muito acima daquilo que consta no portal do aluno, esse escritório é uma vergonha para o direito brasileiro, eles deveriam ter vergonha de agir assim com tamanha falta de caráter e respeito com as pessoas.
Seria bom se o PROCON intimasse esse escritório e se a OAB também fizesse o mesmo.
