Ela não passa apenas um cardápio pra seguir, a consulta dela vai muito além, a gente aprende muito sobre os alimentos e principalmente sobre comportamento frente a comida. O melhor de tudo é que ela não faz terrorismo alimentar. Amei e super recomendo.
