I've been struggling with the balance for most of my adult life, I knew I needed to take care of my diet to have a healthy life, we all know that, the difficult thing is to find balance, healthy diet always came with the feeling of "starving". until I met Aline and Padma Clinic, now not only do I have a healthy and delicious diet, I cook (yes, I'm not a fan of cooking) without going hungry and blowing my household budget!! Desde o momento em que se entra na clinica, com uma ambientação muito bem pensada e aconchegante até o atendimento da Aline, que é minha nutricionista.
Ela domina completamente o assunto e tem seu próprio método, onde busca adaptar meu plano alimentar de acordo com o meu momento de vida. Não é só uma dieta e pronto, ela avalia uma série de fatores como hábitos, traumas e vícios para definir a estratégia e me ajudar a atingir os meus objetivos. Graças a ela já perdi 19kg e estou muito animado pelos próximos resultados!! ??? Mudou minha vida!

From the moment you enter the clinic, with a very well thought out and cozy setting, to the service provided by Aline, who is my nutritionist.
She completely dominates the subject and has her own method, where she tries to adapt my eating plan according to my moment in life. It's not just a diet and that's it, it evaluates a series of factors such as habits, traumas and addictions to define the strategy and help me achieve my goals.
