 I did a bioimpedance assessment with Bárbara where I was well attended and participated in a challenge with her in which I gained knowledge that I will take for life, she is very professional and attentive. I really enjoyed the service and recommend her work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a Mentoria Borboleta com a Barbara e sou eternamente grata a minha Nutri, pois durante o processo da mentoria eu aprendi que dá pra ser feliz levando uma vida saudável, e que para chegar ao objetivo precisa ter disciplina. Hoje 19kg a menos, só na mentoria foram 13, sou uma mulher muito mais feliz, recuperei minha auto estima, meu amor próprio e a alegria de viver. Sou muito grata a Deus por ter colocado a Babi no meu caminho e ter conhecido mulheres tão incríveis que me ajudaram no processo.
I did the Butterfly Mentorship with Barbara and I am forever grateful to my Nutri, because during the mentoring process I learned that you can be happy with a healthy life, and that to reach the goal you need discipline. Today 19kg less, only 13 were mentoring, I am a much happier woman, I recovered my self-esteem, my self-love and the joy of living. I am very grateful to God for putting Babi in my path and meeting women so incredible that they helped me in the process.

I did Butterfly mentoring with Nutri Bárbara and it was one of the best experiences of my life .... my total weight loss was 20kg, in addition to the change in behavior and relationship with food ... I loved it. The mentoring and monitoring with Barbara changed my life .... really amazing !!!!

Eu queria uma mudança de hábitos alimentar, coincidiu quando a Barbara me convidou a participar da primeira turma da mentoria, gostei da proposta, aceitei esse desafio. Digo desafio porque parece fácil mais não é , tem que ter disciplina.
A Barbara fez o acompanhamento diário por 90 dias , tirando dúvidas, motivando , estando junto mesmo , até como psicóloga rss, para ouvir os desabafos e choros.
Como é gratificante você chegar no seu objetivo e mante-lo. Faz 1 anos e continuo o desafio de ser disciplinada, aplicando o que eu aprendi durante a mentoria.
Sou muito grata a Bárbara por tudo, pela amizade, pela mentoria e pelo conhecimento adquirido. Gratidão ???
I followed up with Barbara Nagae through mentoring. I wanted a change in eating habits, it coincided when Barbara invited me to participate in the first class of mentoring, I liked the proposal, I accepted this challenge. I say challenge because it seems easy but it is not, you have to have discipline.
Barbara did the daily monitoring for 90 days, clearing doubts, motivating, even being together, even as a rss psychologist, to listen to the outbursts and cries.
How gratifying it is to reach your goal and keep it. It's been 1 years and I continue the challenge of being disciplined, applying what I learned during mentoring.
I am very grateful to Barbara for everything, for friendship, for mentoring and for the knowledge acquired. Gratitude ???
