★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente profissional ,através da elaboração do plano alimentar ,aprendi a comer melhor ganhei qualidade de vida inclusive a insônia acabou que antes eu comia tudo errado e a noite não conseguia dormir direito.
Tudo orientado pela nutricionista Sharleide eu conseguir também atingir meus objetivos na
musculação,ganhando massa magra e eliminando gordura localizada na barriga.
Sou grata a ela por ter me ajudado a descobri que podemos comer o que gostamos na proporção certa e ganharmos mais qualidade de vida sem sofrimentos.

bodybuilding, gaining lean mass and eliminating belly fat.
I am grateful to her for helping me to discover that we can eat what we like in the right proportion and gain a better quality of life without suffering.
Thanks again to my nutritionist Sharleide for creating a food plan that helps me a lot to keep the balance of the things I like to eat in the correct proportion and without suffering.
I manage to keep my weight even now at the holidays, where I ate what I like in the right portions and had no post-party regrets.
