O aplicativo utilizado para compartilhar os exames de bioimpedância e também o plano alimentar é bem completo e dispõe até de uma parte destinada a exercícios físicos e metais,como: meditação, musculação, calistenia, cross entre outros. Tô adorando!
Very good experience! Consultations are complete and very detailed. The application used to share the bioimpedance tests and also the eating plan is very complete and even has a part for physical and metal exercises, such as: meditation, weight training, calisthenics, cross among others. I'm loving it!
