Comecei com 83,1kg e hoje estou com 76,8kg. O resultado foi muito além do esperado.
Minha cintura era 101cm e agora é 88cm.
Não senti fome, não deixei de comer meus alimentos favoritos… tudo foi pensado e encaixado na minha dieta. Alguns alimentos que tive dúvidas, ela me auxiliou e me ajudou com algumas trocas saudáveis, para que eu não deixasse de aproveitar o sabor das coisas gostosas, como uma pizza.
As roupas, que antes estavam muito apegadas ao meu corpinho, agora estão folgadinhas.
