Marci é um doce, extremamente atenciosa, se atentou muito às minhas preferências individuais, fez um plano com muito cuidado pra mim, sem que eu precise passar fome ou sofrimento. Faz questão de entender e explicar nossa relação com o alimento, faz você refletir se está com fome ou apenas vontade de comer, além de nutri é praticamente uma terapeuta alimentar hahaha. Outra questão que eu gosto muito é que no plano alimentar ela não te obriga a comer nada que não goste, sempre te da várias opções, enfim, indico de olhos fechados uma nutricionista nota 10. Tô muito satisfeita.
I finally found a professional just the way I wanted. Marci is sweet, extremely caring, was very attentive to my individual preferences, made a plan very carefully for me, without me having to starve or suffer. She makes a point of understanding and explaining our relationship with food, makes you reflect on whether you are hungry or just want to eat, in addition to nutri, she is practically a food therapist hahaha. Another issue that I really like is that in terms of food, she doesn't force you to eat anything you don't like, she always gives you several options, finally, I recommend a top 10 nutritionist, with my eyes closed. I'm very satisfied.
