Sanou todas as minhas duvidas referente ao plano alimentar mesmo após a consulta, o plano é fácil adaptação ao seu dia a dia e ao seu bolso, mesmo tendo o objetivo de emagrecimento, me senti super saciada em todas as refeições.

It solved all my doubts regarding the food plan even after the appointment, the plan is easy to adapt to your daily life and your pocket, even with the goal of weight loss, I felt super satiated at every meal.
If there were more stars I would give it because it is wonderful.

My daughter is a teenager patient of Dr Renata Andrade for about 9 months. I confess that when we found Renata it was a watershed in my daughter's life, we started a process of food reeducation and awareness that new habits would bring great results. Today we continue to evolve with very positive results in which Dr Renata effectively contributes. For us, she is more than a nutritionist, she is an incredible human being who loves what she does and that's why she does it with excellence and that's why she has success in the results.
