Um nutricionista super competente, que não apela pra dieta super restritivas/malucas e sim para uma dieta baseada em conhecimento científico e que trás bastante resultado. Sou prova viva disso. Depois que ele começou a ser responsável por minha alimentação, minha relação com a comida mudou totalmente... e para melhor. Segundo quero parabenizar pela maneira atenciosa e dedicada que trata seus pacientes, nos da a segurança de estar bem assistidos e vontade de fazer tudo acontecer e dar certo. Adorei a estratégia de mandar fotos, me fez lembrar o tempo todo dos meus objetivos e ter mais atenção com minha alimentação.
