Eu já conhecia a nutri Zélia de outra época, então, quando fiquei sabendo que ela estava fazendo as marmitas, e que eu não ia ter trabalhado nenhum para preparar minhas refeições, não pensei duas vezes. Fui logo fazer meu planejamento alimentar. Estou super satisfeita, fiz durante um mês, tive que parar, por motivos de força maior, e agora depois de um mês, estou retornando para terminar meu plano alimentar e alcançar meu objetivo. ?
 It all started when I decided to change my lifestyle, food.
