Ficaram de entrar em contato para um possível despache da mercadoria e até agora nenhuma palavra (dois meses esperando). Viajei de muito longe para conhecer a empresa, mas tive a impressão de que não precisam mais de clientes. Não sou de colocar comentários negativos, mas essa empresa aqui eu NÃO RECOMENDO!
Em resposta a tentativa de apelo pelo proprietário, resolvi fazê-lo entender o tamanho da minha frustração em relação a falta de comprometimento com o cliente por parte da nuvem. Vc afirmou estar ciente do ocorrido mas só entrou em contato depois que eu reclamei aqui, publicamente.
Eu viajei de Londres, marquei hora e estava bastante ansiosa para visitar e conhecer a empresa. Levei brinde de Londres para vcs. Expliquei que eu estava comprando um painel para levar para Londres, para fazer uma festa linda para uma criança com paralisia cerebral. Quem tem filho especial, ou quem trabalha com criança especial sabe da luta diária e conhece os desafios… Colocar um sorriso no rosto de uma criança sofrida se torna prioridade pra quem tem amor ao próximo! Mas esse não é o propósito de vcs! Empresa sem empatia, sem compaixão, sem comprometimento!
Não visitei a empresa pedindo favor nenhum. Muito pelo contrário, estava inclusive disposta e interessada a fazer parceria, em trazer os produtos para Inglaterra. Encomendei várias bolsas para presentear minhas amigas inglesas, entre outros inúmeros acessórios. Fui sendo enrolada até o último dia da minha viagem, e quando eu voltei pra Londres, ainda ficaram de entrar em contato para despachar a mercadoria pelo correio. Fui mais uma vez enrolada! Felizmente, vcs não são únicos no segmento, e a EMPRESA QUE REALMENTE FAZ A DIFERENÇA E SE PREOCUPA EM REALIZAR SONHOS SE CHAMA PARTY SIGN. Lá eu encontrei respeito, comprometimento, amor ao próximo e muita vontade de sonhar o sonho do cliente. Recebi meu pedido em Londres antes da data esperada. Recebi brinde, recebi carinho, os preços são bem mais em conta, mas o principal foi que eu recebi meu pedido antes da data prometida. Fica aqui o registro da minha frustração com a nuvem, e eu não desejo o mesmo para ninguém! Não recomendo!
COMPANY WITHOUT COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER. I gave one star because I can't give none. I had to beg to be attended to and they still couldn't give me anything!!!! They stayed in contact for a possible dispatch of the goods and so far no word (two months waiting). I traveled a long way to get to know the company, but I got the impression that they no longer need customers. I'm not one to post negative comments, but this company here I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Anyone who has a special child, or who works with a special child knows the daily struggle and knows the challenges... Putting a smile on the face of a suffering child becomes a priority for those who love their neighbor! But that is not your purpose! Company without empathy, without compassion, without commitment!
I didn't visit the company asking for any favors. On the contrary, she was even willing and interested in partnering, in bringing the products to England. I ordered several bags to give as gifts to my English friends, among many other accessories. I was being tangled up until the last day of my trip, and when I got back to London, they still had to get in touch to send the goods by post. I was once again tangled up! Fortunately, you are not unique in the segment, and the COMPANY THAT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE AND CARE ABOUT MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE IS CALLED PARTY SIGN. There I found respect, commitment, love for others and a strong desire to dream the client's dream. I received my order in London before the expected date. I received a gift, I received affection, the prices are much more affordable, but the main thing was that I received my order before the promised date. Here's the record of my frustration with the cloud, and I don't wish the same for anyone! I do not recommend!
