★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, na hora de mandar boleto pra pagar são bem pontuais, mas não estão fornecendo serviço pelo qual estão cobrando, alegam ataque kacker mas não temos nada com isso, quero internet funcionando, se não funciona pq estão cobrando normalmente ? Péssima, fujam dessa empresa !
 Very bad, when sending a bill to pay, they are very punctual, but they are not providing the service for which they are charging, they claim kacker attack but we have nothing to do with it, I want the internet working, if it doesn't work, why are they charging normally? Badly, run away from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet muito boa, muito rápida e me atende em todos os aspectos. Antes estava utilizando uma da vivo de 25 MB e tinha que esperar 1 vida para baixar arquivos, e hoje com a nv7 isso mudou e estou jogando, baixando arquivos e o melhor em alta velocidade. O valor de instalação saiu gratuito, devido a promoção que peguei de black friday. O único problema é o wifi que não pega bem na minha varanda, mas acredito que é por conta do local onde pedi para instalar o modem, mas irei trocar de local o modem e tenho certeza que irá melhorar. Excelente internet e como é a única que tem fibra no meu bairro, achei excelente o trabalho deles e até o momento só felicidades!
Não posso dizer nada sobre o suporte técnico, pois ainda não precisei utiliza-lo, mas com 1 mês utilizando posso afirmar: A internet é excelente e o preço melhor ainda!
Very good, very fast internet and serves me in all aspects. Before I was using a live 25 MB and I had to wait 1 life to download files, and today with nv7 that has changed and I'm playing, downloading files and the best at high speed. The installation price came out free, due to the promotion I got from black friday. The only problem is the wifi that doesn't work well on my balcony, but I believe it is because of the location where I asked to install the modem, but I will change the location of the modem and I'm sure it will improve. Excellent internet and as it is the only one that has fiber in my neighborhood, I found their work excellent and so far only happiness!
I can't say anything about technical support, as I haven't had to use it yet, but after 1 month using it I can say: The internet is great and the price is even better!

Atendimento nota 10, sempre que ligo sou atendida imediatamente. Recentemente precisei de uma visita técnica e em menos de 24horas o técnico foi em minha residência e solucionou meu problema. Já tive várias outras internets e o atendimento é péssimo e o período para ir na residência então, piorou. NV7 nota 1.000.

Note 10 service, whenever I call I am answered immediately. I recently needed a technical visit and in less than 24 hours the technician came to my home and solved my problem. I've had several other internets and the service is terrible and the period to go to the residence then got worse. NV7 notes 1,000.
