★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável a postura a proprietária que não aceita críticas a mesma me bloqueou no Instagram pela seguinte postagem:
Insatisteitissima com o atendimento do arrumadinho e a falta de trato para com o cliente.
Nesta última quinta-feira (26/03) fiz um pedido para 5 pessoas de um arrumadinho misto para ser entregue no domingo (29/03). Na ocasião, fui informada pela proprietária que meu pedido sairia para entrega na primeira corrida do motoboy (11h) pelo fato de eu estar realizando meu pedido antecipadamente. Para minha supera o meu pedido não só demorou a chegar (horário de chegada: 13h40), como não veio conforme eu havia solicitado (misto- carne seca com carne do sol juntos), sendo entregue apenas arrumadinho de charque, algo que eu nem havia solicitado.
Liguei para informar o ocorrido a proprietária e a mesma me garantiu que para reparar o engano cometido por eles, enviaria um de carne do Sol de amostra grátis. Mas, para completar, eu mesma teria que ligar terça-feira (31/03) para lembrá-la de todo o ocorrido para que fosse realizado o reparo.
Grande foi minha indignação quando liguei hoje, conforme me foi orientado pela proprietária, e ela me cobrou um frete pela entrega daquilo que ela mesma havia se comprometido em prol de reparar o erro que eles próprios cometeram.
Infelizmente, a grande falha de atendimento ao cliente é geral nos estabelecimentos pois, eles não entendem que prestam serviços e não favores. Não questiono a qualidade dos produtos servidos pelo Arrumadinho, porém, a forma com a qual a própria dona do estabelecimento tentou resolver a situação deixou a desejar gerando uma insatisfação total.

This past Thursday (26/03) I placed an order for 5 people for a mixed order to be delivered on Sunday (29/03). At the time, I was informed by the owner that my order would go out for delivery in the first motoboy race (11am) due to the fact that I was placing my order in advance. For my overcoming my order not only took long to arrive (arrival time: 1:40 pm), but it did not come as I had requested (mixed - dried meat with sun meat together), being delivered only tidy with beef jerky, something I had not even requested.
I called to inform the owner what happened and she assured me that to repair the mistake made by them, I would send a free sample of Carne do Sol. But to top it all off, I would have to call Tuesday (March 31) myself to remind her of everything that happened so that the repair could be carried out.
My indignation was great when I called today, as instructed by the owner, and she charged me a freight for the delivery of what she herself had committed in order to repair the mistake they themselves made.
Unfortunately, the major failure of customer service is general in establishments because they do not understand that they provide services and not favors. I do not question the quality of the products served by Arrumadinho, however, the way in which the owner of the establishment tried to resolve the situation left something to be desired, generating total dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é agradável, não é climatizado, mas tem muitos ventiladores o que ajuda a reduzir o calor, juntos com a duas grandes portas. A comida é deliciosa, como apenas o arrumadinho as duas vezes que fui. Mas eu achei muito bom e cale o retorno sempre. O atendimento da segunda vez, quando eu fui sozinha demorou bastante.
The ambiance is pleasant, it is not air-conditioned but has many fans which helps reduce the heat, together with the two large doors. The food is delicious, as just the tidy the two times I went. But I found it very good and shut up always. The attendance the second time, when I went alone took quite a while.
