Tive uma experiência péssima neste lugar
Fomos no 2 fim de semana da inauguração eu meus filhos e meu esposo,os atendentes perdidos não sabiam nem oque estava servindo
Após fazer nosso pedido começou o transtorno,comemos espetinho estava bom,porém serviram um vinagrete de tomate acredito que feito de manhã e era 22 da noites eles estavam servindo ainda,nem conseguimos comer pois já estava estragado meu esposo pediu uma bebida e demorou ,pedir uma água para 3 atendentes e até hoje não chegou,o pior ainda estava por vir,começou chegar algumas pessoas e elas chegavam não lavavam nem se quer as mãos e entrava na cozinha começava servir as comidas prontas,vi por duas vezes cair guardanapo dos lanches no chão e a pessoa colocar de volta no lanche,limpava a mão na roupa ,enfim não acabou pedi para fechar a conta e aí outro transtorno eles fingiam que não nos viam,levantei e fui até o caixa pagar a dona que estava no caixa ficou preocupada com o valor dos pedidos na tela ao invés de receber meu pagamento,falei com ela 2 vezes e nada adiantou,sendo que eu estava com uma criança no colo ela ignorou eu implorando para pagar minha conta.
Gastei 174 reais neste lugar,onde foi o pior dinheiro gasto da minha vida pessoas são sujas não tem o mínimo de higiene para trabalhar em um ambiente onde servem a comida
Pessoas despreparadas,sem higiene,sem o mínimo de noção de servir pessoas.
Nao tem nem como descrever ou comparar o serviço de vcs

I had a bad experience at this place
We went on the 2nd weekend of the opening, my kids and my husband, the lost attendants didn't even know what was serving
After placing our order, the inconvenience began, we ate skewers it was good, but they served a tomato vinaigrette I believe it was made in the morning and it was 22 pm they were still serving, we couldn't even eat because it was already spoiled my husband asked for a drink and it took a while to ask one water for 3 attendants and it still hasn't arrived, the worst was yet to come, some people started to arrive and they didn't even wash their hands and went into the kitchen and started serving the ready meals, I saw the napkin of the snacks fall twice on the floor and the person put it back in the snack, wiped his hand on his clothes, finally it wasn't over I asked to close the account and then another inconvenience they pretended not to see us, I got up and went to the cashier to pay the owner who was at the cashier stayed worried about the value of the orders on the screen instead of receiving my payment, I talked to her 2 times and nothing helped, being that I had a child on my lap she ignored me begging to pay my bill.
I spent 174 reais in this place, where it was the worst money spent in my life people are dirty they don't have the minimum hygiene to work in an environment where food is served
Unprepared, unhygienic people, without the slightest notion of serving people.
There is no way to describe or compare your service.
Garbage!!!!
