★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do garçom Heitor é excelente, faz o bar valer a pena! Todavia, os demais pontos são negativos, bebidas e comidas demoram um tempo acima do normal, e o atendimento dos demais funcionários é bem ruim, sendo que não há organização para escolher músicas no karaokê, fiquei no bar 4h e minha mesa (em 8 pessoas) só conseguiu escolher musica 2x, fora que um funcionário simplesmente arrancou o karaokê da tomada as 23:51 sendo que o bar funciona, em tese, até as 1h. Em geral, recomendo somente se for atendido pelo Heitor.
 Waiter Heitor's service is excellent, makes the bar worth it! However, the other points are negative, drinks and food take longer than normal, and the service of the other employees is very bad, and there is no organization to choose songs at the karaoke, I stayed at the bar 4h and my table (in 8 people ) was only able to choose music twice, apart from that an employee simply unplugged the karaoke at 11:51 pm and the bar works, in theory, until 1 am. In general, I recommend it only if it is attended by Heitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bacana, espaço bom, uma pena que o responsável pelo local na noite que fui não sabia regular o som do karaoke. Ficou muito ruim do nada e ele se negou a receber ajuda de quem entendia. Todos reclamaram e nem assim se esforçaram pra tentar melhorar o som do karaoke. Fora isso, local com preço justo e ambiente agradável.
Nice place, good space, a pity that the person in charge of the place the night I went didn't know how to adjust the karaoke sound. It got really bad out of nowhere and he refused to get help from anyone who understood. Everyone complained and they didn't even make an effort to try to improve the karaoke sound. Other than that, it's a reasonably priced place with a nice atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento do Heitor e da thatha foram absolutamente INCRÍVEIS! realmente cuidaram da nossa mesa e nos ajudaram 100% em tudo.
porém, a parte do karaokê não colaborou pra ser uma experiência perfeita. o horário de atendimento está até 1h da manhã, mas 23:50 já desligaram o karaoke e não nos deixaram mais cantar.
além disso, faltou fazer um rodízio entre as mesas para que todos pudessem cantar. muitas vezes estavam sem as mesmas pessoas cantando e ficou bem chato.
the service from Heitor and thatha were absolutely AWESOME! really took care of our table and helped us 100% with everything.
however, the karaoke part didn't help to be a perfect experience. the opening hours are until 1 am, but by 11:50 pm they have already turned off the karaoke and won't let us sing anymore.
in addition, there was a lack of rotation between the tables so that everyone could sing. many times they were without the same people singing and it got pretty boring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida demora e o atendimento é razoável. O bar diz que fecha 1h mas 23h30 a cozinha já está fechada. Se você quiser cantar no karaokê, melhor chegar cedo e já cadastrar 10 músicas de uma vez, porque o pessoal cadastra diversas músicas de uma vez e 22h você não consegue mais Cantar, recolher a lista com as músicas e acabou. 23h50 e o karaokê foi desligado, sem nenhuma justificativa, simplesmente disseram que ia encerrar. Não voltarei mais.
The food takes a while and the service is reasonable. The bar says it closes at 1am but at 11:30pm the kitchen is already closed. If you want to sing at karaoke, better arrive early and register 10 songs at once, because the staff register several songs at once and at 10 pm you can't sing anymore, collect the list with the songs and that's it. 11:50 pm and the karaoke was turned off, without any justification, they simply said it was going to close. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A proposta que dão sobre o bar é boa,porem o atendimento deixa a desejar,pois é uma injustiça enorme ,consumimos um valor significativo e não podemos cantar 1 musica sequer,enquanto pessoas que mal consumiram (nao que eu tenha alguma coisa haver com isso) cantaram mais de dez musicas (as mesmas pessoas),e não deram uma unica oportunidade ja que era nossa primeira vez que fomos la,a comida tambem deixa a desejar pois a carne estava extremamente salgada,comemos porque tinha demorado e não tinha nenhum lugar aberto por perto pra comer e estavamos com fome,as bebidas muito fracas e pedimos para que coloquem um pouco mais de bebida,mas isso obviamente nao foi atendido,ja que os donos e os garçons do bar acham que quem precisa deles somos nós,mas é bem ao contrário kkkk garçom super rude,uma dica: se quiserem ir preparem que vão passar raiva,donos e garçons extremamente despreparados para lidar com o publico
Giulianna eu te entendo kkkk consumi e pagamos tudo direitinho mas o atendimento foi pessimo da mesma forma,lembrando que pessoas profissionais e decentes como ele mesmo disse tratam da mesma forma qualquer cliente pagando ou nao ou consumindo muito ou nao.

Os atendentes são atenciosos e capricham nas bebidas, mas como não têm uniformes nem identificação é possível confundi-los com os clientes. Os valores estão na média de 25/30 reais cada drink, que é um pouco caro, mas tem opções mais em conta, como os shots de bebidas. Tem opções para comer tbm.
Quando eu fui, estava tendo karaoke, mas não ficou claro se era algo pago a parte ou de graça por ordem de chegada. O público é majoritáriamente rockeiro, então tem bastante música dos anos 2000 em diante de bastante rock e pop-rock.
