★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei descontente com o atendimento pela insensibilidade da pessoa que nos atendeu e diretamente disse que não poderia dar banho no meu cachorro alegando que ele era inabilitado, quando em realidade ele simplesmente estava com dor em uma das patas.
Faz muitos anos que levamos meu cachorro para tomar banho nesse Petshop, acredito que merecíamos um pouco mais de consideração. Não poderiam ter sugerido esperar mais um pouco ao invés de diretamente se recusar a fazer o trabalho?

I was unhappy with the service due to the insensitivity of the person who attended us and directly said that I could not bathe my dog claiming that he was disabled, when in reality he simply had pain in one of his paws.
It has been many years since we took my dog to bathe in this Petshop, I believe we deserved a little more consideration. Couldn't they have suggested waiting a little longer rather than directly refusing to do the job?
Disappointing!!
