★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje eu me sentir humilhado, pois estive nesta loja para fazer uma troca e em primeiro instante fui bem atendido,Mais quando falei para atendente que era uma troca ela falou que não poderia fazer a troca e pediu para eu falar com a gerente e simplesmente olhou para mim e falou que não podia fazer a troca e que era para eu voltar lá depois que passar o período de festa e se sobrasse o produto ela trocaria.O que me deixa mais chateado é que o produto foi comprado na mesma loja um dia antes estava acompanhado do lacrado e com o selo e nota fiscal .
Today I feel humiliated because I was in this store to make an exchange and at first I was well attended, But when I told the clerk that it was an exchange she said she could not make the exchange and asked me to talk to the manager and simply looked to me and said that I couldn't make the change and that I was supposed to go back there after the holiday period and if the product was left she would change it. What makes me more upset is that the product was bought at the same store the day before It was accompanied by the sealed seal and the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima fomos trocar um produto que ganhamos quando chegamos la simplismente a gerente vira e fala ñ estamos fazendo troca kkk só a partir do dia26 o sistema ñ esta liberando ,mentirosa pq trabalhei na boticario e ela NÃO quis fazer a troca por ganacia em ganhar comissão , ñ exiate essa hisþória q o sistema ñ esta liberando,mais peofissionalismo e menos ganamcia o produto tem o nome da empresa dela a obrigação ela era trocar,mais tem a concorrente ali no carrefour São Caetano ótima loja vendedoras educadas ,fui muito bem tratada e la la eu recomendo ,nota10.
Lousy store we went to exchange a product that we got when we got there simply the manager turns and speaks ñ we are doing kkk change only from day26 the system is not releasing, liar because I worked in the apothecary and she did NOT want to make the exchange for greed to earn commission ñ exiate this story that the system is not releasing, more professionalism and less greed the product has the name of her company the obligation she was to change, more has the competitor there in carrefour São Caetano great store educated sellers, I was very well treated and there I recommend it, note10.
