Os funcionários são simpáticos, e entendem sobre todos os produtos, e tiram duvidas quanto a escolha de presente, seja com relação à preço, à escolha de produto e etc. O ambiente é aconchegante (mesmo de uma loja pequena), e possui uma boa circulação, além de ser bem climatizado. Os melhores horários de compra são a partir do meio dia, pois possui pouca circulação de pessoas e as consultoras conseguem fazer um atendimento completíssimo, tanto de experimentação de perfumes, quanto de maquiagem. Por fim, a boa localização, faz da loja uma ótima opção para quem mora no Plano Diretor Sul, Aurenys, Taquari, Bertaville e região.
