★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com uma mercadoria comprada em uma loja do Boticário , entrei em contato com a Central de Relacionamento pelo site que disse que poderia ir em uma loja e efetuar a troca, levei NF, Protocolo do atendimento e a resposta foi que não poderia realizar a troca ali, e a vendedora nem olhou os documentos, um descaso!
I had a problem with a merchandise purchased at a Boticário store, I contacted the Relationship Center through the website that said I could go to a store and make the exchange, I took an Invoice, Service protocol and the answer was that I couldn't do it. the exchange there, and the seller didn't even look at the documents, a negligence!
