Se você está saindo de casa com esse propósito, vale muito mais a pena ir até um shopping. O Boticário tem boas opções de presentes na faixa dos R$ 80,00. O atendimento de modo geral é muito bom e há descontos para clientes cadastrados no programa deles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nesta loja com minha esposa e meu filho dia 12/02/2022 , tinha a intenção de comprar algumas maquiagens para a minha esposa .
Iríamos começar com os batons . Mas quando eu fomos pergunta onde se localizava os batons na loja , a atendente apontou para um lado e falou " ali fica os batons da promoção" e foi atender outra pessoa . Isso já tinha me deixado incomodado , pois não perguntei sobre batons da promoção.
Queríamos de uma linha que minha esposa sempre usou de nome "intense" fomos até o local indicado por ela na esperança de achar .
Procurando e não achamos ,pensamos que não tinha .
Após alguns minutos entrou outro cliente na loja e perguntou a mesma coisa que eu "aonde ficam os batons" , esta funcionária acompanhou a cliente até onde estávamos .
Por ironia , A funcionaria passou para a cliente outra informação "Se você quiser da linha "intense" é do outro lado". E levando a cliente para o lugar .
Minha esposa ia acompanhar . mais eu não concordei por perceber um tratamento diferente entre clientes pela mesma funcionária .
Saímos imediatamente do local e fomos comprar em outra loja O Boticário . Pois apesar de ter um valor um pouco maior, os produtos são muito bons.
Não recomendo pra ninguém está loja . Pois funcionários não tem profissionalismo para um bom atendimento.
I went to this store with my wife and son on 02/12/2022, I had the intention of buying some makeup for my wife.
We were going to start with the lipsticks. But when I was asked where the lipsticks were located in the store, the attendant pointed to one side and said "there are the promotion lipsticks" and went to serve someone else. This had already made me uncomfortable, as I didn't ask about the promotion's lipsticks.
We wanted a line that my wife always used as "intense" we went to the place indicated by her in the hope of finding it.
Looking and we didn't find it, we thought we didn't have it.
After a few minutes another customer entered the store and asked the same thing as me "where are the lipsticks", this employee accompanied the customer to where we were.
Ironically, the employee passed on to the customer another information "If you want the "intense" line, it's on the other side". And taking the client to the place.
My wife would accompany. but I didn't agree because I noticed a different treatment between clients by the same employee.
We immediately left the place and went to buy at another O Boticário store. Because despite having a slightly higher value, the products are very good.
I do not recommend this store to anyone. Because employees are not professional enough to provide good service.
