★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei no site. escolhi a opção de retirar na loja, a atendente da loja de Carapicuíba não quis entregar meu pedido, alegou que estava cancelado, abri o site na frente da mesma, ela não me entregou e me orientou a ligar no chat da Boticário, liguei e via telefone o pedido estava ok. Foi total despreparo da atendente. Não compro mais nessa loja, filas enormes além da burocracia, falta de preparo das atendentes.
