Porém no dia 24/12/2021 levei um presente para troca e o vendedor de nome MARCIANO se negou a fazer a troca pois o produto nao estava com o cupom de troca. Eu questionei, que nunca haviam me pedido em nenhuma loja Boticário e que sempre tive facilidade em trocar os produtos que ganho de presente, por isso sempre peço produtos Boticário quando participo de amigo secreto ou no meu aniversario. Ele se negou a trocar e disse que só estava seguindo o procedimento exigido pela empresa. Fui na loja do Iguatemi e troquei sem nenhum problema, pelo perfume Lilly, um produto o dobro do valor que eu havia recebido. Entendo que possa até existir essa regra, mas percebi extrema má vontade do vendedor, que no mínimo deixou de fazer uma venda de 120 reais. Pior que isso, essa loja perde a cliente.
I have always been very well attended at this and other stores in the city. However, on 12/24/2021 I took a gift for exchange and the seller named MARCIANO refused to make the exchange because the product did not have the exchange coupon. I questioned that they had never asked me in any Boticário store and that I always found it easy to exchange the products I get as a gift, that's why I always ask for Boticário products when I participate as a secret friend or on my birthday. He refused to change and said he was only following the procedure required by the company. I went to the Iguatemi store and exchanged without any problem, for Lilly perfume, a product twice the value I had received. I understand that this rule may even exist, but I noticed extreme unwillingness on the part of the seller, who at least failed to make a sale for 120 reais. Worse than that, this store loses a customer.
