★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. As vendedoras fazem aquela cara se só entramos para ver algo, como se fossemos obrigados a comprar. E sábado véspera do dia das mulheres a loja estava cheia e elas perdidas sem conseguirem atender, enquanto algumas estavam se arrumando e nem aí que havia cliente esperando atendimento. Totalmente despreparadas.
Terrible attendance. Salespeople make that face if we only go in to see something, as if we were forced to buy. And on Saturday the eve of women's day, the store was full and they were lost without being able to answer, while some were getting ready and even there was a customer waiting for service. Totally unprepared.

A educação, gentileza e a paciência e a vontade de ajudar, sem ficar empurrando produto, faz com que o cliente tenha vontade de voltar sempre nesta loja!!! Antigamente tinha umas moças que eram antipáticas e atendiam mal!!! Parabéns para quem contratou a Ana e o Michel, a loja teve um "upgrade":)
This Boticário store had an improvement in service that has to be registered, Ana and Michel make all the difference!!! The education, kindness and patience and willingness to help, without pushing the product, makes the customer want to come back to this store all the time!!! In the past, there were some girls who were unfriendly and treated poorly!!! Congratulations to those who hired Ana and Michel, the store had an "upgrade" :)
