★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de franquia segue a mesma lógica de Shopping. É tudo igual. Preços tabelados e promoções relâmpagos com uma ou outra cortesia de brinde. Vale a pena entrar e sentir os cheiros dos perfumes e conferir in loco as ofertas do mês ou promoções. No fim, no mínimo você sai de lá com os pulsos cheirando a perfume bom e com uma tirinha de papel pra ir fungando até enjoar hehe
Franchise store follows the same logic of Shopping. It's all the same. Tabulated prices and lightning deals with one or other complimentary courtesy. It pays to come in and smell the perfumes and check out the month's offers or promotions on the spot. In the end, at the very least you leave there with your wrists smelling good perfume and with a strip of paper to go sniffing until sick hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive o que reclamar do Boticário, porém no dia 05 de maio de 2022, ao realizar uma compra de um determinado valor neste boticário do crato,
foi debitado 2X do meu cartão de débito, e pela falta de comunicação entre vendedores e gerente da loja não me ofereceram um suporte preciso quanto o meu débito duplicado.Onde que, falaram que era normal, e que estava acontecendo muito isso.( O que deveria ter sido comunicado antes da compra )
Pediram que eu fosse para casa que com 2 dias úteis eu seria reembolsada do valor, com 8 dias retornei ao local e nada de resolverem o problema, falaram que eu precisaria aguardar mais 5 dias úteis porque ainda teriam que fazer o pedido do estorno, algo que eram pra ter solicitado no mesmo dia da compra que foi o dia 05 de maio. Também não gostei do atendimento da responsável, achei totalmente debochada com a situação. Enfim muita desorganização quanto a comunicação entre funcionáriosXclientes. E só depois de 15 dias foi estornado o dinheiro. Não volto mais lá!

They asked me to go home and in 2 business days I would be refunded the amount, in 8 days I returned to the place and they did not solve the problem, they said that I would need to wait another 5 business days because they would still have to request a refund, something that were supposed to be requested on the same day of purchase, which was May 5th. I also didn't like the service of the person in charge, I found it totally mocked with the situation. Finally, a lot of disorganization regarding communication between employeesXclients. And only after 15 days the money was refunded. I won't go back there!
