★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficam empurrando produtos .... mentindo o valor real .... dizendo que levando duas unidades sai mais barato ..... e na verdade levando apenas 1 já teria desconto, alem disso ficam oferecendo/empurrando milhares de produtos sem interesse do cliente! Na minha opinião devem oferecer sem sufocar cliente.... nao gostei do atendimento e muito menos a forma de falar os preços......
They keep pushing products .... lying the real value .... saying that taking two units comes out cheaper ..... and actually taking only 1 would already have a discount, in addition they are offering / pushing thousands of products without interest from the client! In my opinion they should offer without suffocating the customer .... I did not like the service and much less the way of talking about prices ......

The attendants are always helpful, friendly, competent and offer promotions, I think that's pretty cool. The environment is always clean and pleasant.

I love Boticário products, but the salesgirls are terrible, I avoid buying there because of the employees, the apothecary should train the employees better to be more friendly!
