★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. A vendedora de nome Patricia realizou um pessimo atendimento. Comprei uma base na cor que escolhi com a vendedora. Quando fui aplicar o produto vi que a cor era outra. Se tratava de uma base liquida que não possui nenhum lacre. So de abrir a tampa e apertar um pouco o tubo vi que a cor estava erada. Expliquei tudo isto para a vendedora que disse que não nada a fazer porque eu tinha utilizado o produto. Chamei pela gerente que não estava na loja. Questionei sobre a vendedora que me atendeu e então a mesma se apresentou e disse que havia errado e que faria a troca. Uma situação muito desagradavel e uma vendedora mal humorada e que não está nem aí para atender uma cliente antiga. Nunca mais apareço nesta loja. Tive que clicar em uma estrela para aparecer a opção postar senão não teria nenhuma estrela.. Não comprem nesta loja. Se tiverem qualquer necessidade de troca vão passar por esta situação extremamente desagradavel
Terrible attendance. The saleswoman named Patricia did a terrible job. I bought a base in the color I chose from the seller. When I went to apply the product I saw that the color was different. It was a liquid base that has no seal. Just opening the cap and tightening the tube a little saw that the color was wrong. I explained all this to the saleswoman who said nothing to do because I had used the product. I called the manager who wasn't in the store. I asked about the saleswoman who answered me and then she introduced herself and said she was wrong and would make the switch. A very unpleasant situation is a grumpy saleswoman who doesn't care to serve an old customer. I will never appear in this store again. I had to click on a star to appear the post option otherwise I would not have any stars .. Don't buy in this store. If you have any need for exchange you will go through this extremely unpleasant situation.
