★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. As vendedoras tratam os clientes de um modo que você se sente mal em estar na loja. Comprei apenas porque não tinha mais como procurar em outra loja pelo horário.
Terrible attendance. Salespeople treat customers in a way that makes you feel bad about being in the store. I bought it only because I couldn't look for another store at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que fui à loja, o atendimento foi excelente, porém no 18/12, fui com a intenção de comprar vários produtos para presentear no Natal. Fui pessimamente atendido, total descaso das vendedoras, parecia que estavam fazendo um favor . Mudei o conceito que tinha da Boticario de Barreiros .
The first time I went to the store, the service was excellent, but on 12/18 I went with the intention of buying several products to give away for Christmas. I was badly assisted, total disregard of the sellers, it seemed they were doing a favor. I changed the concept I had of Boticario de Barreiros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento das vendedoras da loja de Barreiros/PE, nunca tinha visto um mau atendimento desses em uma loja do Boticário, nem se fosse um pedido de favor. As duas vezes em que fui a loja foi um total descaso, utilizando o celular durante o atendimento, mal humorada, não estavam nem um pouco interessada em vender. Atendimento péssimo. Decepção total.
Bad service from the sellers at the store in Barreiros/PE, I had never seen such bad service in a store in Boticário, not even if it was a request for a favor. The two times I went to the store it was total neglect, using the cell phone during the service, in a bad mood, they weren't interested in selling at all. Terrible service. Total disappointment.
