★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj estive na loja da Vila Matilde onde sou cliente desde a sua inauguração. E para minha surpresa foi atendida por uma “vendedora”sem a menor empatia. Tudo o que eu perguntava ela não sabia. Fui para comprar um batom que ela disse ter saído de linha... se quer me ofereceu outro produto e até um rapaz que saiu de lá de dentro veio até mim e me sugeriu que eu voltasse depois e trouxesse meu batom de casa para ver se tinha na loja. Tipo me despachando da loja. Foi assim que me senti. Claro que tão cedo não volto mais nessa loja. Quando quiser uma loja física vou até a Vila Carrão onde tem 2 lojas do Boticário. Ou compro pela internet. Mas faço questão de deixar registrada a minha indignação. Sempre comprei nessa loja, nunca saí de lá sem pelo menos um batom, mas com outra forma de atendimento. Quem vive de vendas tem que aprender a vender!!!!
Today I was at the Vila Matilde store where I have been a customer since its opening. And to my surprise, it was attended by a “saleswoman” without the slightest empathy. Everything I asked she didn't know. I went to buy a lipstick that she said was out of stock... if you want, she offered me another product and even a guy who came out of there came to me and suggested that I come back later and bring my lipstick from home to see if had in store. Like checking me out of the store. That's how I felt. Of course I won't be going back to this store anytime soon. When I want a physical store, I go to Vila Carrão where there are 2 Boticário stores. Or buy online. But I want to register my indignation. I always shopped at this store, I never left without at least one lipstick, but with another form of service. Those who live on sales have to learn to sell!!!!
